Stage IApplicationYou apply for an open role via our careers portal. We carefully review your CV and any additional materials you provide.
Stage IIHR interviewIf your experience matches our needs, we’ll invite you for an initial conversation with a recruiter. It’s a chance to get to know each other, talk about your motivation and expectations, and share more about the role and company.
Stage IIITechnical AssessmentYou may be asked to take part in one or more technical interviews with the team. In some cases, we might also send you a test assignment to better understand your practical skills.
Stage IVFinal InterviewA closing conversation with a hiring manager or team lead. We’ll discuss the outcomes of the previous stages, cover any remaining questions, and align on expectations.
Stage VOffer & OnboardingIf everything goes well — we’ll extend a job offer. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and welcome you to the team.

Our selection process includes several stages of interviews, which may vary depending on the position. Typically, these are:

  • HR interview
  • Technical interview
  • Final interview

Some positions may require completing a test task. Communication takes place on Google Meet.

Yes, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our project and play it before the interview. This will help you better understand the product and prepare for the discussion.

We process all responses and store candidate data in our database. However, due to the large number of applications, we first contact those whose experience most closely matches the requirements of the vacancy. If we do not contact you immediately, this does not mean a refusal — perhaps we will return to your response later.

If the position requires a test task, we will explain in detail its essence and deadlines. We guarantee that we will provide detailed feedback on the results. We do not use test tasks for commercial purposes.

We try to provide feedback within a few days of the interview. If there are any delays, we will be sure to let you know the status of your application.
