Expectations
- Four plus years of experience in F2P gamedev
- Experience working with the economy of a live product with a long player lifecycle
- Experience reviewing complex economic systems and the ability to explain them in simple terms
- Strong understanding of sources and sinks, value flows, reward loops, and player progression
- Experience influencing product and business metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills, including hypothesis generation, metrics analysis, impact evaluation, and A/B testing
- Native Russian language
- Experience mentoring and developing economy or balance designers as a discipline
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Experience working on projects with open or semi open economies
- Experience building economic simulations
- Experience working with gacha systems as a core monetization mechanic
- Experience working with prestige economy systems
- Experience working on RP projects
- Owning the economy of OneState by shaping the overall economic strategy of the game and translating it into clear rules and frameworks for the economy team and other departments
- Managing the economy design team and reviewing all major economic decisions and approaches
- Designing and validating economic models for large scale features
- Building economic simulations and validating them through A/B testing
- Managing the player driven economy, including designing restrictions and regulatory systems within features
