Expectations
• Experience working as a Lead 3D Character Artist
• Experience managing a team of 3D artists, including development, quality control, implementation of standards, and building processes
• Strong proficiency with Blender, Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, Marmoset, and Substance Painter
• High level expertise in creating realistic characters, with a focus on clothing and accessories
• Experience working on AAA or high quality projects
• Practical experience using AI tools in 2D or 3D production
• A strong portfolio
• Leading a team of 3D artists focused on clothing and accessories, including task assignment, prioritization, workload management, and control of timelines, quality, and performance
• Ensuring visual quality, including final asset reviews and maintaining consistency with art guidelines and technical requirements
• Supporting and improving production processes, including task tracking, documentation, identifying bottlenecks, and increasing efficiency
• Developing the team through regular one on ones, feedback, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements such as LODs, polycount, and formats, and validating assets in Unity together with the Tech Art team
• Researching and implementing new tools, including AI solutions, testing hypotheses, and improving workflows
• Creating 3D models independently
