Expectations
- Building and scaling content production for OneState social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Developing content strategy together with the SMM team, including formats, volume, publishing frequency, and content mix
- Generating concepts and writing briefs for video content across different formats and budgets
- Managing multiple production streams simultaneously, including in house teams, agencies, and freelancers
- Setting up production processes from scratch and adapting them as the team and content volume grow
- Providing structured feedback to contractors at every stage of production
- Analyzing competitor content and platform trends and adapting insights for OneState
- Tracking content performance, forming hypotheses, and running tests
- Implementing AI tools into the production process, from ideation to post production
- Documenting processes and guidelines in Confluence
- Experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role within the gaming industry
- A portfolio of social media video content, including trailers, how to videos, short form content, and more, demonstrating a wide range of work and proven viral hits
- Ability to build and manage production processes, from setting up workflows to solving unexpected challenges
- Strong understanding of platform specific formats and what performs well on each
- Experience working with different types of production, including CG, UGC, AI driven content, and live action
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and contractors simultaneously
- Hands on experience with AI tools for video production such as Kling, Sora, Midjourney, or similar
- Strong content analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- An existing network of freelancers or production partners
- Video editing skills
- Understanding of rendering workflows in Unreal or Unity at the level of task definition
- Understanding of CGI pipelines and experience with 2D and 3D motion graphics
- Working knowledge of Figma or Photoshop for briefing purposes
- Background in open world, survival, or multiplayer projects
