Expectations

What you will do
  • Running end-to-end hiring for game dev roles (Art, IT, GD)
  • Running ongoing freelance hiring (Design, Art) as a parallel and continuous hiring stream
  • Sourcing candidates directly — LinkedIn, platforms, communities, outreach
  • Conducting structured interviews with focus on both hard and soft skills and culture fit
  • Preparing clear candidate assessments with strengths, gaps, and risks
  • Working directly with hiring managers — aligning expectations and challenging decisions when needed
  • Keeping pipelines active and moving, without delays or loss of quality
What we expect
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to manage hiring independently and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Experience in gamedev or creative industries
  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Understanding of how freelance hiring works as an ongoing process
  • Confidence in working directly with hiring managers
  • Ability to maintain speed without losing quality
  • Strong follow-through
  • Interest in improving recruiting practices and processes
  • Native Russian
  • Working English (B2+)

You may be asked to take part in one or more technical interviews with the team. In some cases, we might also send you a test assignment to better understand your practical skills.

A closing conversation with a hiring manager or team lead. We’ll discuss the outcomes of the previous stages, cover any remaining questions, and align on expectations.

If everything goes well — we’ll extend a job offer. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and welcome you to the team.
