Expectations
- Supporting and developing the content creator program (UGC / creators program), including sourcing, selection, onboarding, support, and scaling
- Working with influencers and content creators across paid, barter, and hybrid models (barter plus bonuses or in-game currency)
- Building and executing a content-driven influence strategy, focused on production rather than just media buying
- Initiating and producing creative integrations, challenges, and special projects with creators
- Preparing briefs for influencers, managing deadlines and content quality, and providing feedback and iterations
- Scaling both the volume and diversity of content for OneState across platforms such as TikTok, Shorts, and Reels
- Collaborating with internal teams including product, community, and monetization to align content with product goals
- Analyzing the effectiveness of influence activities, including content performance, reach, engagement, profitability, and brand impact
- Working with agencies and external partners
- Three to five years of experience in influence or creator marketing, preferably in digital, gaming, or app-based industries
- Hands-on experience working with influencers across paid, barter, and creator program models
- Ability to produce content end-to-end, from idea and brief to final result
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Shorts, and Reels mechanics and how viral content works
- Experience managing a large number of creators and parallel workflows
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and draw insights
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Interest in the gaming industry and understanding of key market trends - Experience working with international markets and creators across different regions
- Native Russian language
- Experience working with gaming products, life simulators, or RP games
- Understanding of brand marketing and working with awareness, not only performance
- Experience launching creator communities or ambassador programs
- Skills in creative copywriting and storytelling
