Expectations
- Plan and manage the LiveOps calendar together with the team (events, offers, seasonal content, collaboration support)
- Lead the LiveOps team: task management, prioritization, 1:1 meetings, and team development
- Own the impact of LiveOps activities on key product metrics: retention, engagement, and monetization
- Oversee the quality and balance of events, rewards, and offers
- Work with analytics: analyze results, identify growth opportunities within LiveOps, launch and interpret A/B tests
- Regularly synchronize with product, economy, game design, development, and publishing teams to support features throughout the operational lifecycle
- Form and prioritize content requests, ensuring timely delivery to the content production team
- Oversee the full content production cycle: timelines, status tracking, and implementation quality
- Establish operational approaches across teams and platforms (web and in-game client)
- Optimize planning, production, and LiveOps launch processes
- Perform basic reviews of feature documentation to define LiveOps operational requirements
- 2+ years of experience in LiveOps, monetization, or game design within F2P products
- Experience working on released live products
- Experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of LiveOps systems: events, offers, rewards, and seasonal content
- Experience working with key product metrics: retention (D1/D7/D30/D90), ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, conversion rate, DAU/MAU (stickiness)
- Experience planning and managing a LiveOps calendar
- Experience working with analytics: result analysis, hypothesis creation, and A/B testing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (publishing, analytics, development, content, game design)
- Ability to build processes and operate effectively in uncertain environments
- Readiness to work in our office in Limassol
- Native Russian language
- Experience working on F2P mobile games
- Experience working with in-game economy systems
- Experience managing high-frequency content and release cadence
