- Owning the monetization direction and being fully responsible for its results
- Leading and developing a team of monetization game designers
- Driving product development of monetization features
- Running discovery by forming a pipeline of hypotheses based on research, feedback, tests, data, team input, and market insights
- Communicating results, including completed tests, outcomes, conclusions, insights, and new hypotheses
- Contributing to the roadmap for the direction as part of the product group
- Actively playing OneState and building a deep understanding of the product
- Proven ownership of a monetization direction in F2P mobile games
- Strong understanding of game economy systems
- Strong analytical expertise, including deep understanding of monetization metrics and the ability to forecast the impact of changes
- Experience managing a team of any size
- Ability to gather insights from multiple sources and prioritize hypotheses based on impact and implementation cost
- Experience building and managing a roadmap for a product direction
- Experience working with prestige economy systems
