Expectations
- Experience as a Level Designer, including building levels for third-person games
- Basic knowledge of a 3D package (if not — we’ll teach you)
- Gaming experience with GTA-like titles and a general understanding of their level design principles
- Experience working with Unity
Portfolio featuring a playable level build or a video walkthrough - Nice to have: participation in game jams or indie development of 3D open-world projects (first/third person)
- Decompose features from a level design perspective
- Develop prototypes of open-world locations
- Write level design documentation
Fix bugs related to level structure - Review location and zone art assembled by the team
- Design in-game interiors
- Test locations within the level design scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

A closing conversation with a hiring manager or team lead. We’ll discuss the outcomes of the previous stages, cover any remaining questions, and align on expectations.
If everything goes well — we’ll extend a job offer. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and welcome you to the team.
