Expectations

What we want to see:
  • A portfolio with CG videos and motion work, including trailers, event content, and animated elements
  • Strong proficiency in Blender, including modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering
  • Experience with compositing and final video assembly, tool choice is not critical
  • Editing skills, with the ability to deliver a complete video with music, sound, and titles
  • Understanding of the visual language of gaming content, with strong exposure to trailers, CGI videos, and game marketing
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and deliver results on time without compromising quality
  • Openness to feedback and ability to iterate without losing motivation
Additionally, it would be great to have
  • Experience working with gaming content or within the game industry
  • Understanding of exporting and working with assets from Unreal or Unity
  • Hands on experience with AI tools for video and visual generation such as Kling, Midjourney, or similar
  • Background in open world, survival, or multiplayer projects
  • Experience with motion capture or facial animation
What you will be doing
  • Creating CG videos for OneState social media, including trailers, event announcements, and promotional content for updates and collaborations
  • Modeling and animating characters, objects, and environments in Blender, from lighting and texturing to final render
  • Creating animated elements for social media, including intros, transitions, logo animations, and overlays
  • Managing the full production cycle from 3D to compositing to editing to final delivery
  • Working from briefs provided by the Creative Producer and delivering concepts within deadlines
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and proposing visual solutions during pre production
  • Using AI tools where they improve production speed without compromising quality
  • Documenting production workflows and reusable templates
