Expectations
- 5+ years of experience in finance / treasury / accounting / FP& A
- Strong expertise in treasury and liquidity management
- Experience with international banking operations
- Experience supporting companies across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with ERP / accounting systems
- ACCA / ACA / CPA (or in progress)
- Budget preparation and financial planning
- Liquidity control and cash flow forecasting
- Treasury management and daily financial operations
- Interaction with international banks and payment providers
- Coordination of KYC / AML processes
- Collaboration with auditors and external consultants
- Oversight of management reporting and financial processes
- Plan vs actual analysis and KPI control
- Participation in financial process automation
- Coordination of finance / accounting team
