Expectations

What we want to see:
  • 3+ years of experience in organizing game development processes
  • Experience managing teams of 30+ people in a complex structure
  • Understanding of live product specifics and working in a continuous release environment
  • Ability to build and optimize processes within an existing team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines, quality, and risks
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and an Executive Producer
  • Native Russian language
Additionally, it would be great if you have:
  • Experience with mobile mid-core / hardcore projects
  • Experience with LiveOps and regular release cycles
What you’ll be doing:
  • Operate live product development, ensuring stable and predictable delivery
  • Improve and optimize existing production processes
  • Coordinate teams and producers to achieve product goals
  • Balance development speed, product quality, and stability
  • Manage risks and timelines in a continuous update environment
  • Work with the roadmap and help the team stay aligned with priorities
  • Improve transparency of processes and team communication
  • Support and develop the team, helping them work more effectively
  • Manage tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
