- 3+ years of experience in organizing game development processes

- Native Russian language
- Experience with mobile mid-core / hardcore projects
- Experience with LiveOps and regular release cycles
- Operate live product development, ensuring stable and predictable delivery
- Improve and optimize existing production processes
- Coordinate teams and producers to achieve product goals
- Balance development speed, product quality, and stability
- Manage risks and timelines in a continuous update environment
- Work with the roadmap and help the team stay aligned with priorities
- Improve transparency of processes and team communication
- Support and develop the team, helping them work more effectively
- Manage tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
