Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Experience in gaming or a strong personal background as a gamer
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Five plus years of experience in an international company or the gaming industry
  • Data driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and act on insights
  • Experience working with tools such as Sprout, BrandMentions, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms
What you will be doing
  • Creating ideas for viral posts, stories, and reels across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or X, and YouTube, tailored for markets such as the US, Europe, MENA, LATAM, Japan, and CIS, based on the OneState SMM strategy and tone of voice
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions with the lead and the team to develop creative concepts
  • Planning the content calendar in collaboration with other teams
  • Managing production with external agencies and internal teams, from briefing to localization and publishing
  • Launching hype driven campaigns for game updates, events, and clan seasons, including teasers that drive engagement, reach, and share of voice
  • Tracking trends and competitors, running A/B tests on content, and analyzing key metrics such as followers, likes, shares, conversions, and sentiment score
  • Managing content on the web shop
  • Building and engaging the community, including moderation, monitoring mentions, and actively interacting with players
  • Preparing detailed reports on key SMM metrics, including insights and next steps
