Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Proven experience as a Head / Lead Environment 3D Artist
  • Experience managing teams: people development, quality control, implementation of standards and process building
  • Experience working on released realistic projects (ideally PC titles)
  • Experience driving the visual vision end-to-end and delivering how the entire game world ultimately appears to players in the final product
  • Experience collaborating with technical artists and programmers
  • Strong knowledge of modern software and optimization techniques
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in 3D production
  • Native Russian language
What you will be doing:
  • Own and execute the environment vision: personally contribute to shaping the visual style of the game world and ensure this vision is preserved through to the final release without quality loss
  • Lead a team of Environment Owners and Leads: build the department structure, mentor leads, and foster a healthy work environment
  • Supervise external studios and engage subject matter experts to solve complex challenges
  • Adapt visuals for different platforms (Mobile / PC / Console) while maintaining atmosphere and visual quality
  • Build scalable production pipelines and develop guidelines / standards
  • Research and implement new tools (including AI), test hypotheses, and evolve production workflows and best practices
