Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Proven experience in commercial narrative development for mobile and/or PC games
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. culture and urbanism
  • Ability to create engaging and coherent in-game locations with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both in documentation and verbally; strong attention to detail
  • Extensive gaming experience in open-world projects
  • Conversational English
What you will be doing:
  • Develop the narrative layer of locations and ensure world consistency based on the game’s lore
  • Introduce changes, improvements, and new elements to the game’s lore in collaboration with game designers
  • Work closely with the Game Design team on route design and quest chains
  • Conduct in-depth research on U.S. culture and urban environments; produce documentation for artists based on findings
  • Collaborate closely with art, level design, and sound design teams on location development; create tasks/specifications and ensure alignment with the urban logic of the respective city
  • Analyze current map locations and propose improvements
