Expectations

What you will be doing:

AI Solutions & Delivery

  • Deliver priority AI initiatives together with teams and business leaders
  • Design and launch agent-based workflows and internal AI tools
  • Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions and production-ready implementations
  • Partner with business stakeholders to shape and prioritize AI initiatives with real operational impact

Architecture & Orchestration

  • Develop and evolve a shared framework for AI agent orchestration and automation workflows
  • Design reusable components, integrations, connectors, and internal tooling
  • Define scalable approaches for rolling out AI solutions across the company
  • Ensure solutions are practical, reliable, and usable in real operating environments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work directly with leaders across functions
  • Assess feasibility, constraints, risks, and expected impact of AI initiatives
  • Help the business understand what should be automated and what should not
  • Act as a technical AI partner across the organization

Enablement & Best Practices

  • Build templates, scripts, connectors, and tools that teams can use independently
  • Share knowledge and enable teams to adopt AI more systematically
  • Establish internal best practices and standards for working with AI agents
  • Stay up to date with new models, tools, and approaches — and evaluate what is worth adopting

Metrics & Business Impact

  • Define success criteria for AI initiatives together with business stakeholders
  • Measure the impact of AI solutions: before vs after (speed, quality, throughput, error reduction, cost efficiency)
  • Conduct ROI analysis and communicate it clearly to the business
  • Provide regular reporting on impact, adoption, and key improvements
What we want to see:
  • Proven experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end in production environments: from identifying use cases to building and deploying solutions used in real business processes
  • Strong hands-on approach: you personally design and implement solutions (not just coordinate teams or manage delivery)
  • Background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or a related technical field
  • Practical experience with AI/LLM solutions, agent-based systems, or automation workflows
  • Ability to build real, working systems — not just experiment with tools
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to understand processes end-to-end
  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to work across different domains
  • Pragmatic approach: ability to ship solutions quickly and improve them iteratively (speed over perfection)
  • Native Russian language, good working level of English    
Additionally, it would be great to have:
  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
  • Experience building internal tooling and reusable automation layers
  • Experience in fast-growing product companies
  • Understanding of gamedev production pipelines
  • Experience working with business metrics and ROI
