Expectations
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or UX Expert in the gaming industry
- Deep understanding of game UX, game design and platform-specific requirements (PC and mobile)
- Experience designing large-scale UX systems and end-to-end user flows
- Experience creating complex gameplay systems and tools that provide players with meaningful freedom of choice while maintaining the right balance between depth and usability
- Strong knowledge of top-performing games, social products, and sophisticated UX systems
- Experience conducting UX reviews and ensuring the quality and consistency of UX logic
- Ability to collaborate with producers and game designers as an equal strategic partner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently justify and defend UX decisions
- Experience leveraging data and AI for prototyping and UX validation
- Systems thinking: the ability to distinguish between basic usability improvements and UX changes that directly impact key metrics such as retention, engagement, and monetization
- High level of autonomy, ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
- Native Russian language
- Develop and drive a unified cross-platform UX architecture and long-term UX vision
- Design key end-to-end player journeys, including first-time user experience, core/meta progression loops, and social interaction loops, while establishing the foundation of the overall UX system
- Create UX guidelines, design patterns, and frameworks that enable scalable product development
- Ensure adherence to product UX standards when collaborating with other UI/UX designers, including reviewing their solutions from a UX perspective
- Maintain UX consistency and predictability across features, platforms, and geographical markets
- Make and advocate for key UX architecture decisions, presenting and defending them to producers and project leads
- Balance cost and value by delivering maximum impact without falling into unnecessary perfectionism
- Evolve UX into a strategic business tool that shapes player behavior and drives product metrics
