Expectations
- Professional proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working with design systems, including Atomic Design and Design Tokens
- Strong understanding of game UI specifics
- Solid knowledge of UX principles
- Basic understanding of UI implementation in Unity
- Understanding of iOS and Android guidelines
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions and propose alternative solutions
- Prototyping skills
- A relevant portfolio
- At least 2 years of experience in the game industry
- Experience working with AI tools
- Ability to create animations using tools such as After Effects, Spine, Flash, or HTML5

- Awareness of current UI and UX trends and emerging solutions
- Experience working on multiplayer games such as MMO, competitive, social, or role play projects
- Designing UI and UX for game interfaces
