Expectations

What we want to see:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the game industry
  • A relevant portfolio
  • Professional proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working with design systems, including Atomic Design and Design Tokens
  • Strong understanding of game UI specifics
  • Solid knowledge of UX principles
  • Basic understanding of UI layout implementation
  • Understanding of iOS and Android guidelines
  • Ability to explain and justify design decisions and propose alternative solutions
  • Prototyping skills
Additionally, it would be great to have:
  • Experience working with AI tools
  • Ability to create animations using tools such as After Effects, Spine, Flash, or HTML5
  • Experience working with localization
  • Awareness of current UI and UX trends and emerging solutions
  • Understanding of console and PC guidelines
What you will be doing:
  • Designing and developing game interfaces
  • Preparing layouts and assets for implementation
  • Owning UI and UX features within the team
  • Creating animations for UI elements
  • Designing icons in a flat style
  • Building interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Implementing UI in Unity UGUI
  • Writing technical documentation for your work
  • Researching product issues and proposing solutions
  • Running tests to collect data
