Expectations
- Own the full-cycle hiring process for creative roles: motion design, video production, art, creative and related areas
- Actively source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, relevant platforms, and direct search
- Manage inbound applications, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews
- Assess candidates beyond experience — including taste, visual awareness, motivation, and cultural fit
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Manage and develop the company’s LinkedIn presence and career-related content
- Maintain and update the company career page
- Publish job postings and manage their visibility across external platforms
- Work with inbound applications and maintain a clean, structured pipeline
- Support recruitment analytics and reporting
- Coordinate and administer the ATS: statuses, data accuracy, process integrity
- Collaborate with the global HR team on recruitment-related processes
- Ensure recruitment operations run consistently, accurately, and without loss of quality
- Experience in recruitment, talent coordination, or similar roles
- Interest in GameDev and understanding of creative roles
- Strong visual awareness and exposure to games, art, and creative content
- Experience working with LinkedIn, job platforms, and/or ATS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards
- Fluent Russian and working English
- A strong sense of quality — understanding what “strong talent” looks like, especially in creative roles
- Ability to balance working with people and managing processes
- Attention to detail and operational discipline
- High personal standards, even in small things
- Genuine interest in recruitment as a function, not just a set of tasks

A closing conversation with a hiring manager or team lead. We’ll discuss the outcomes of the previous stages, cover any remaining questions, and align on expectations.
If everything goes well — we’ll extend a job offer. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process and welcome you to the team.
