Expectations

What you will do
  • Own full-cycle hiring across Dev / Art / Game Design / Analyst roles
  • Actively source and headhunt, rather than rely on inbound pipelines
  • Conduct strong candidate assessments — looking beyond experience into soft skills, motivation, maturity, and cultural fit
  • Work closely with leads and hiring managers, helping them make high-quality hiring decisions
  • Stay on top of the market: compensation trends, talent availability, candidate behavior, and competition
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network, developing long-term relationships with top talent
What we expect
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in GameDev
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience across Dev / Art / GD roles
  • Ability to deeply assess soft skills
  • Experience working with global platforms (LinkedIn, Hitmarker, etc.)
  • Knowledge of boolean search, x-ray, plugins, and sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of games, genres, and the industry overall
  • Native Russian and working English
