Expectations
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript / ES6
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Commercial experience with PixiJS and/or ThreeJS
- 2+ years of experience developing Playable Ads
- Proven experience optimizing performance across various devices
- Solid command of Git
- Experience implementing game mechanics and gam
- Experience with third-party AI agents / generative pipelines
- Experience writing or maintaining automated tests / regression testing
- Knowledge of shaders and ability to create FX effects
- Experience with physics engines (Matter.js, Cannon-ES)
- Familiarity with Cocos Creator architecture or similar game engines
- Experience working with 3D assets and basic Blender / 3D pipeline knowledge
- Mentorship experience within a small development team
- Develop and produce Playable Ads using an internal game engine (primary focus)
- Enhance the automated agent for playable ad generation
- Build and optimize internal tools, including: 3D asset auto-retopology, 3D location and prop assembly, and 2D asset generation
- Mentor team members
