Expectations

What we want to see:
  •  Ability to build processes from scratch
  • Two to three years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing a team, including employee training and development
  • Skills in budget management and monthly planning
  • Initiative and the ability to solve problems independently
Additionally, it would be great to have
  • Experience with Excel, Confluence, and task tracking tools
  • Experience sourcing motion designers for outsourcing
  • Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine
  • Understanding of how 3D assets are used in production
What you will be doing:
  • Managing a team of outsourced motion designers
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely payment for outsourced tasks
  • Building structure and workflows for the freelance department
  • Working with budgeting
  • Collecting feedback and communicating it to the team
  • Uploading completed video projects from a remote PC to Google Drive
