Expectations
- At least one year of experience as an Office Manager
- Experience with travel coordination, including business trips, ticket booking, and working with travel agencies
- Understanding of or experience working with local laws, regulations, and authorities
- Experience with HR administration
- Experience supporting employee relocation
- Confident skills in Excel or Google Docs
- Strong communication skills for working with vendors and contractors
- Fluency in Kazakh
- Supporting daily office operations, including handling all routine matters, overseeing office cleaning, and ordering supplies and groceries
- Assisting with employee relocation from other locations
- Receiving and processing deliveries, orders, and mail
- Budget planning
- Working closely with the administrative department
- Collaborating with vendors and service providers
- Managing office passes, business trips, and preparing workspaces
