Expectations
- Proven experience in commercial narrative development for mobile and/or PC games
- Experience with monetization systems and content design
- Strong sense of style — from naming and character design to vehicle liveries and narrative render composition
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both in documentation and verbally; strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of U.S. culture
- Conversational English
- Develop and refine the narrative aspects of in-game events
- Introduce changes, improvements, and new elements to the game’s lore in collaboration with game designers
- Work closely with monetization, content, art, and sound design teams when developing features and monetization content
- Conduct in-depth research of U.S. culture and target audience; produce documentation based on insights
- Create tasks/specifications for art, sound, and other development teams; provide feedback and ensure alignment with player expectations
- Take full ownership of the narrative direction and the overall game IP — from textual elements to high-level worldbuilding concepts
