Expectations

What we want to see:
  • 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Motion Designer;
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D;
  • Experience creating 2D and 3D motion graphics;
  • Experience developing visual assets for video content;
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and visual hierarchy;
  • Skills in creating kinetic typography;
  • Experience designing infographics;
  • Experience working with branded visual systems;
  • Ability to independently develop visual solutions based on project requirements;
  • Understanding of current motion design trends.
Additionally, it would be great to have:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • Experience working with Unity;
  • Experience preparing graphics for YouTube content;
  • Video editing skills.
What you will be doing:
  • Create and animate 2D and 3D graphics for video content;
  • Develop graphic packages for YouTube and social media channels;
  • Create visual assets for Developer Diaries;
  • Animate titles, lower thirds, infographics, and transitions;
  • Animate in-game UI/UX elements for marketing and social media videos;
  • Produce motion graphics for trailers and promotional materials;
  • Create animated intros and branded visual elements;
  • Work with typography and kinetic text animation;
  • Integrate graphics into video content;
  • Prepare final deliverables for publication.
