Expectations

What you will be doing
  • Drive revenue and engagement KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives
  • Plan, maintain, and operate the LiveOps calendar, including events, offers, promotions, and regional activities
  • Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, Development, Art, and Localization teams
  • Analyze player behavior, event performance, offer results, and monetization funnels to identify growth opportunities 
  • Develop and test monetization hypotheses, and evaluate results after launches
  • Participate in planning and execution of major in-game events, updates, and releases
  • Support publishing and regional initiatives from the LiveOps and monetization perspective
  • Contribute to the long-term development of LiveOps, monetization, and player engagement systems for One State
  • Participate in incident handling (errors, bugs, compensations) following existing processes and guidelines
What we want to see:
  • Understanding of Free-to-Play game principles
  • Basic understanding of game monetization systems (offers, promotions, shops, events)
  • Basic knowledge of product metrics (ARPU, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, conversion rates)
  • Confident proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset: ability to work with data and identify patterns
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with configurations
  • Ability to work within processes, templates, and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in game development and gaming experience (preferably F2P / MMO games)
  • Native Russian language
