Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Proven experience leading influencer marketing for a gamedev project in tier one markets, with real cases to demonstrate results such as launching creator programs, running creative special projects, or transforming and scaling the direction with measurable performance growth
  • Experience managing a team of influencer managers
    Strong understanding of working with micro and macro influencers, agencies, and producers
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram trends including Reels and Shorts
  • Strong creative production skills for integrations and branded collaborations
  • Confident ability to analyze and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as CPM, ER, CPA, and similar indicators
  • Experience with budgeting and ROI management
    Advanced English, as you will negotiate with agencies and influencers and work with contracts and documentation
  • Experience launching UGC programs
  • Solid understanding of game marketing and gamer psychology
Additionally, it would be great to have
  • Production experience from concept to post production
  • Experience in media buying or PR
  • A strong professional network in digital marketing and gamedev
What you will be doing
  • Developing and executing an influencer and content creator strategy, with a focus on building an in house content factory and ambassador program
  • Creating and scaling a content creator program
  • Planning and managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance, preparing reports, and continuously optimizing approaches
  • Working with influencers and agencies across paid, barter, and hybrid models
  • Collaborating with celebrities
  • Leading creative production for special projects, challenges, and integrations, testing new formats, approaches, and platforms
  • Supporting key launches and in game events through the influencer channel, organizing shoots and production
  • Managing documentation, contracts, and payments
  • Participating in cross functional initiatives with marketing, community, and product teams
