Expectations

What you will be doing

• Refactoring existing features
• Optimizing client performance, including RAM and CPU usage
• Profiling performance and identifying bottlenecks
• Running R& D and implementing new technologies

What we want to see

• Strong profiling skills, including tools such as Unity Profiler and Memory Profiler
• Proven experience working with Unity
• Experience building tools for data and asset validation
• Solid understanding of memory management

Additionally, it would be great to have

• Experience optimizing physics systems
• Experience mentoring or leading a team
• Experience working with platform specific solutions
