Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Solid experience in HR across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding (including training, motivation, performance reviews, evaluation, and development)
  • Proven track record of building HR processes from scratch and driving large-scale HR projects
  • Experience in building and leading HR teams
  • Strong understanding of how businesses operate and how HR drives business outcomes
  • Clear grasp of the HRBP role and impact; ability to work with business metrics and objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: reporting, facilitation, and partnership-building at all levels
  • Experience implementing and utilizing HR analytics
  • Ability to work effectively with both distributed and office-based teams
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic project management knowledge
  • Conversational English
Additionally, it would be great to have:
  • Understanding of HR brand principles
  • Experience working with international employees or multicultural environments
  • Event management experience
  • A love for games and a desire to play them :)
What you’ll be doing:
  • Collaborate with the HRD to shape and implement the HR strategy
  • Lead key HR initiatives — from launching HRMS systems to employer brand development
  • Build strong HR partnerships with the business and support change and growth processes
  • Develop and optimize scalable and transparent HR processes
  • Focus on core HR areas: performance reviews, total rewards, benefits, goal setting, etc.
  • Own and improve onboarding/offboarding workflows
  • Support and grow the HR team (if applicable)
  • Work with HR analytics and reporting for C-level stakeholders
