Expectations
- At least two years of experience as a Game Designer or System Designer
- Experience developing features from concept to post launch support
- Strong understanding of the midcore and hardcore mobile F2P market
- Experience working with statistics, analytics, and community feedback to support features after release
- High level of independence and the ability to work without constant supervision
- Ability to describe player experience and translate it into UI and UX mockups
- Solid playtime in RolePlay projects, GTA like games, social projects, or MMOs
- Experience working with Unity and online games
- Feature ownership for around seventy percent of the role, including supporting feature production, task decomposition, answering team questions, and reviewing results
- Participating in R& D by helping build prototypes in a Game Designer role, exploring best solutions, and breaking down external projects
- Discovery work focused on identifying growth opportunities and proposing features to improve the core gameplay experience
- Game design documentation, including creating and maintaining technical specifications, prototype plans, and R& D plans
