What you will do
  • Build and grow ChillBase’s presence in the local tech and game development community in Almaty
  • Launch and develop market-facing initiatives: meetups, collaborations, partnerships
  • Work with universities, local initiatives, and key players in the professional ecosystem
  • Help teams communicate about products, technologies, and approaches in a way that inspires interest and earns respect
  • Turn fragmented activities into a consistent, systematic approach to market engagement
  • Partner closely with recruitment to improve access to top talent through visibility and trust
What we expect

We are looking for someone who understands how professional ecosystems are formed, knows how to work with audience attention, and can turn interest in the company into a long-term brand relationship.

  • Experience in DevRel, community, tech brand, or similar roles
  • Or a strong background in development / GameDev with an interest in community work
  • Understanding of how developer and technical environments operate
  • Experience launching initiatives from scratch and bringing them to tangible results
  • Ability to build relationships and create a strong professional network around the company
  • Strong sense of quality and a clear understanding of what matters to top talent

This is a highly autonomous role with equally high expectations. It offers the opportunity to build a strong function from scratch and directly influence how the company establishes itself in the market.
