Expectations
- 3+ years of experience organizing game development projects
- Experience managing teams of 30+ people within a large-scale hierarchy
- Deep understanding of large project development processes and the ability to ensure efficient team performance at all stages
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Project management skills: risk management, deadlines, quality control
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and an Executive Producer
- Experience with mobile mid-core / hardcore projects on Unity
- Experience working with outsourcing teams
- Experience with pre-release project development
- Lead the project from concept to release and post-release support
- Scale the team and processes: project growth up to ~150+ people, with a direct responsibility for ~50 key team members under the Delivery Producer
- Build production structures and transparent processes to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate the work of producers and teams to deliver the product vision
- Integrate processes with other projects to ensure team synergy
- Ensure deadlines and quality — act as the KPI guarantor for the project
- Create and execute the project roadmap on schedule
- Manage tasks in a task tracker and maintain documentation in Confluence
