Expectations
- Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry
(ideally with RolePlay projects) - Understanding of UA and key metrics, including product metrics, and the ability to analyze and form hypotheses
- Ability to analyze competitors, identify top performing creatives on the market, and adapt them for the project
- Knowledge of ASO
- Understanding of how creatives are produced in Unreal and Unity
- Experience teaching or mentoring others
- Experience working with contractors and providing structured feedback
- Experience working with AI tools
- A portfolio that includes 3D creatives
- Experience in video editing
- Knowledge of Unity or Unreal
- Knowledge of Figma or Photoshop
- Experience shooting or voicing creatives as an actor
- Developing and executing creative strategy
- Generating ideas and creating briefs for videos, playables, and static creatives
- Conducting competitor analysis
- Collaborating with the art team and providing feedback

- Working with external contractors and giving feedback
- Creating guides in Confluence when new processes appear
