Expectations

What we want to see:
  • Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry
    (ideally with RolePlay projects)
  • Understanding of UA and key metrics, including product metrics, and the ability to analyze and form hypotheses
  • Ability to analyze competitors, identify top performing creatives on the market, and adapt them for the project
  • Knowledge of ASO
  • Understanding of how creatives are produced in Unreal and Unity
  • Experience teaching or mentoring others
  • Experience working with contractors and providing structured feedback
  • Experience working with AI tools
  • A portfolio that includes 3D creatives
Additionally, it would be great to have:
  • Experience in video editing
  • Knowledge of Unity or Unreal
  • Knowledge of Figma or Photoshop
  • Experience shooting or voicing creatives as an actor 
What you will be doing:
  • Developing and executing creative strategy
  • Generating ideas and creating briefs for videos, playables, and static creatives
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Collaborating with the art team and providing feedback
    (Unity, Unreal, 2D artists, playable team)
  • Improving the overall quality of creatives
  • Working with external contractors and giving feedback
  • Creating guides in Confluence when new processes appear
  • Using AI tools in your daily work
