  • Experience as a Creative Director / Head of Creative in gaming
  • Proven track record of shaping long-term creative vision for a product or IP
  • Deep understanding of how sound, atmosphere, and emotion shape player experience

What you will be doing
  • Define and sustain a cohesive creative vision for the product
  • Own and oversee:
    - Narrative and atmosphere
    - Creative design
    - Sound and music (audio vision)
    - Brand identity and tone of voice
  • Partner with the Art Director to ensure a unified product vibe
  • Contribute to product and IP strategy at the leadership level
  • Build and scale an autonomous creative unit across:
    - Narrative
    - Audio
    - Brand
    - Content
  • Mentor and grow strong discipline leads
  • Balance creative decisions through a value / impact / cost lens
