Expectations
- More than two years of experience managing creator or influencer programs in gaming, specifically focused on building and operating structured programs rather than SMM or PR
- Experience building creator facing infrastructure, including dashboards, portals, and automation for tracking and payouts
- Hands on experience with revenue share models and promo code systems
- Strong understanding of the gaming creator ecosystem across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord, including creator motivations and behavior
- Experience recruiting and onboarding creators at scale
- High level of English proficiency
- Experience working with platforms such as Nexus.gg, CreatorIQ, impact.com, or Grin, or building custom creator management platforms
- Experience scaling programs across multiple regions such as LATAM, SEA, or MENA
- An existing network within the gaming creator community
- Basic web development knowledge to effectively manage portal and dashboard development
Developing the CCP program in collaboration with Community and Media Marketing teams
- Scaling and improving a full creator program, including tier systems, revenue share models, performance based bonuses, and monthly contests
- Building infrastructure such as a creator portal or dashboard, promo code tracking systems, and automated payout processes
- Setting up onboarding, verification, and support processes for creators
- Recruiting and growing the creator base
- Building a funnel from engaged players to mid tier YouTubers and streamers
- Driving toward key KPIs such as over 1,600 videos per month, over 8 million monthly views, and at least two viral hits per month
- Managing the existing creator base while running proactive outreach to new creators
Performance and analytics
- Tracking key metrics such as creator driven installs and program ROI
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for product and marketing teams
Cross functional collaboration
- Working closely with Community and Media Marketing teams
- Coordinating with legal on revenue share agreements
- Participating in strategic planning
