Expectations
- At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in a gaming project
- Experience using, managing and editing discord servers
- Deep knowledge of Turkish gaming culture
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- Native or Near native Turkish
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Role Play projects
- Build and structure our gaming community in Turkey from scratch
- Lead and guide in-game volunteer teams
- Enhancing communication between the gaming community and project creators
- Create clear, engaging gameplay Guides/Tutorials
- Collect and organize feedback for our developers
- Organizing lively events on social media platforms
- Moderate both in-game and external community platforms
