Expectations
- 4–6+ years of experience as a Community Manager (Senior level), ideally in the gaming industry, with mobile gaming experience being a strong advantage.
- Fluent Russian (C1–C2).
- Fluent English (C1–C2).
- Hands-on experience using, managing, and customizing Discord servers.
- Experience leading, training, and developing volunteer, moderator, or community admin teams.
- Experience using community metrics and data to drive decision-making and community growth.
- Availability to work during UTC+1 to UTC+3 hours for community-facing activities.
- Strong understanding of mobile RP games, social RP projects, and gaming community culture.
- Deep understanding of the CIS and European gaming audiences, their cultural nuances, and communication preferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing community feedback, clearly communicating company decisions, and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Experience with Role Play (RP) projects specifically
- Experience with content creator programs or influencer partnerships
- Familiarity with OneState or similar mobile RP/GTA-style games
- Experience with player research and structured feedback collection
- Develop and scale the OneState community across the CIS and European regions, ensuring high levels of player engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Build, train, and manage the regional volunteer team.
- Own the growth and day-to-day operations of the regional Discord community while fostering a healthy and positive community environment.
- Oversee moderation across in-game and external community platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and delivering an excellent player experience.
- Act as the primary advocate for the CIS and European communities within the company, building effective communication between players and internal teams.
- Collect, analyze, and structure player feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Product team.
- Create, adapt, and localize educational content, guides, and tutorials tailored to the needs of the CIS and European player base.
- Plan and execute regional community events, contests, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the regional content creator program.
- Monitor and respond to user reviews on the App Store and Google Play.
- Track key community metrics and prepare regular reports on regional performance, major achievements, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
