Expectations
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist on AAA projects
- Strong understanding of human head and body anatomy, proportions, age groups, ethnicities, and body types
- Ability to work from references and accurately match the required art style
- Proficiency in Blender (or a strong willingness to learn it), ZBrush and Substance Painter
- Experience working with MetaHuman
- Experience using AI-powered tools and workflows
- Understanding of game-ready and production-ready asset requirements
- Native Russian language
- Handle the full production cycle of 3D character faces and character body refinement, from reference analysis to final quality validation
- Develop and refine character likeness, anatomy, forms, skin details and overall artistic quality
- Participate in R& D initiatives focused on character quality improvement and pipeline optimization
- Evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and workflows
- Create and share best practices for facial and organic modeling, including recommendations, guidelines, and documentation
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining quality standards for facial and organic character assets.
