Expectations

What we want to see
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in a gaming project
  • Experience using, managing and editing discord servers
  • Deep knowledge of Turkish gaming culture
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2)
  • Native or Near native Turkish
  • Excellent communication skills
Additionally, it would be great to have
  • Experience with Role Play projects
What you will be doing
  • Build and structure our gaming community in Turkey from scratch
  • Lead and guide in-game volunteer teams
  • Enhancing communication between the gaming community and project creators
  • Create clear, engaging gameplay Guides/Tutorials
  • Collect and organize feedback for our developers
  • Organizing lively events on social media platforms
  • Moderate both in-game and external community platforms
