- Start your career: Head to the Hospital hub to register. Choose an Internship for guided training or get a Direct Invitation if you’ve already proven your RP skills.
- Climb the ranks: Advance from Medical Trainee to Technician, Paramedic, and Nurse, unlocking new responsibilities with each promotion.
- Run life-saving missions: Sell pills, deliver meds across the city in your service vehicle, and save unconscious players’ lives in tense rescue scenarios.
- Earn your medical licence: Follow the roleplay rules of the profession—provide help, uphold the code, and stay true to your in-game role.
Upgrade your arsenal
But even with medics working around the clock, the city is far from safe. Gangs are scheming, and clashes can erupt at any moment. That’s why the Weapons Upgrade System is here to make sure you’re ready when things turn messy.
- Update your gear by role: Upgrade gang weapons and upgrade civilian pistols—everyone gets weapon upgrades.
- Play your odds and plan ahead: Play around with success rates or boost your chances. Use Protection Tokens to avoid setbacks, or Mastery Tool Tokens to gain extra bonuses.
- Gear up in the Armory Store: Start with a free pack or go all-in with bundles like “Street Raider” and “Local Crime Boss”.
- Compare and customize: Use the Weapon Comparison Tool to compare, fire rate, accuracy of two weapons.
